Who’s Behind The Peace Circle? 

I’m Jacqui - a wellbeing teacher trained in hypnotherapy and energy healing, who’s been a carer to my mum.  After experiencing situational depression, I realised I was trying to do too much.   I was in my head and although I was taking care of my body more, I was neglecting the emotional and spiritual parts of myself, leaving me out of balance.

Around the same time, I got the opportunity to lead wellbeing courses.  The courses teach wellbeing tools but the most common feedback is that people love being in a group with people who understand them and don’t judge them.   The support and inspiration that flows in the groups is magical to watch! 

I also realised that I was teaching what I needed to learn.   To take care of my own mental health and energy levels, I needed to make everything small and build habits over time that create peace in the present to build strong foundations for my dream future.  

I’ve wanted to bring this combination of group magic and wellbeing tools into my business.  So I’ve created The Peace Circle.  It’s a virtual online space to support empathic, creative carers in:

Questions You Might Have

What’s the weekly commitment?

I estimate each course will take about 2 hours.  The courses are in bite-sized pieces and you can do them on your phone and at your own pace, so it’s up to you how long you want to spend on them each week.  

As the group grows, I plan to run a live call a week - possibly more if it grows.  But I understand that being in a caring role is unpredictable, so I’m aiming to make them highly valuable to you but not essential to success in the membership.

In other words, give the membership as much time as you can to get the best out of it, but don’t stress when life and caring gets too much. 

How will I receive feedback? 

Through the learning platform Membervault, I can respond to typed answers and uploaded files, so that’s where you will receive constructive, encouraging and thoughtful feedback, helping you feel seen, appreciated and valued - and like you're making progress. 

How long do I have to commit for?

Ideally, giving the space at least 3 months would be great to really get a feel for it and to give me quality feedback to make it as good as it can be.  Later, I might bring in a minimum term but for now, let’s work together to make it the space you need it to be. 

What if something goes wrong?

In the first instance - please talk to me!  I’m good at problem-solving and finding solutions.  I’m also used to receiving feedback and acting on it (it's how I've shaped my wellbeing courses to be the best I can make them - and continually improve).

The most important thing is to find win-win solutions, so if anything comes up - something another group member says or does something, or something I’ve said or done or any tech issues happen, let’s communicate. (Communication is part of the learning, so life may well choose to give us a practical lesson!) 

Also, stuff might well come up as I tend to work with powerful energies.  We will find a way through!  

What if I’m too overwhelmed to do anything in the membership?

I’ve got meditations and hypnosis tracks for you to help with the overwhelm.  I’ll also add more resources like journalling prompts to help feel your way through it.   If it gets far too much - let’s talk and find a win-win solution. 

Can I do 1:1 session with Jacqui?

Of course!  I’ll be offering discounted 1:1 sessions for members for times when you want to go deeper or your energy needs a stronger support than a hypnosis / meditation track can give you.
