Welcome to my offerings!

I’m Jacqui - a multi-passionate (mani-gen) spiritual explorer, healer, writer, language geek, and tutor for wellbeing and Japanese. I can also play the bagpipes - so yeah, I'm pretty unique! On the Enneagram I'm Type 4 - the individualist and so I always seek out what's different and unique. In Human Design I'm 3 / 5 which means I learn through trial and error (LOTS of trial and error!). It also means I question how things are done and try out new ways.

When you're going deep into your own, unique spiritual path, I believe you need to start with a space of peace and safety. Transformation can get messy and you need a secure base to come back to. So I'd recommend starting with my "Writing Into Peace" free pdf booklet.

Who are you really?

What is your true self?

Some people call it the soul. Some people call it the heart. Still others call it the Self (with a capital S) and some call it love.

Whatever it is, practically every religion and spiritual practice has this search for a centre of love at its heart.

This mystical, loving part at the centre of your being is surrounded by all different aspects of your personality. Your true self is this magnificent whole - your spiritual centre and your earthly mind, heart and body.

In the film The Matrix, when Neo visits the Oracle, she points out the sign "Know Thyself". Neo had to know for himself from the inside out that he was The One. No one else could tell him.

When you're in touch with the loving centre of your being, your resilience increases. Your capacity to face of relationship struggles, business and work problems and anything else life throws at you expands. The path to authentic success for YOU emerges.

It's the wise part of you that knows what you need and stops you being swayed off course by others' short-sighted agendas for recognition, power, attention and money. It knows how to heal you. It knows who to call in to teach you, help you or get you to see what you need to see.

Your true self is your compass towards what will be the most meaningful and fulfilling course of action for you.
